Created in 2023, CFJ invests its own funds worldwide in industrial, services or technology companies with solid fundamentals and strong growth potential.

Frédéric Jousset
Director of CFJ, President of the Investment Committee Gérant de CFJ, Président du Comité d’investissement.
Graduated from HEC Paris, Frédéric co-founded Webhelp in 2000, a global business and leader in customer experience. Entrepreneur, “Grand Mécène” of the Louvre and the British Museum, he is very involved in the cultural world with the creation of the Foundation Art Explora, and its fund ArtNova, dedicated to the cultural and creative industries.

Guillaume d’Esneval
Director of CFJ, member of the Investment CommitteeGérant de CFJ, Président du Comité d’investissement.
Graduated from ESSEC, Guillaume has nearly 20 years of experience in finance and investment. After several years in strategy consulting, Guillaume was director of Finance&Strategy for 8 years within the Bouygues Group holding company and is managing a multi-family office in Geneva for 10 years.

Based in Luxembourg, Maëlle is in charge of the operational management of CFJ.

Anne-Céline Lescop
Director of investments, ESG manager, member of the Investment Committee.
Graduated from the Paris Bar, Anne-Céline is an expert in environmental compliance, entrepreneurship and governance. She co-founded several impactful tech startups (Zei, CaptainJet), and chairs the CSR committee of the GL EVENTS group. Based in Luxembourg, Anne-Céline will support entrepreneurs on strategy and CSR issues.

Alexis Duprez
Investment Director, member of the Investment Committee.
Graduated from ESSCA, Alexis joins the EY Project Finance team working on the structuring and financing of large infrastructure projects. Alexis manages the financial matters of CFJ projects. He works with entrepreneurs to optimize their economic model and their growth strategy. Alexis is also Investment Director & Partner within ArtNova.

Yacine Diallo
Investment Director.
With approximately 20 years of experience as international tax lawyer, Yacine is partner of a law firm where he holds several management positions at a domestic and global level.
Yacine works notably with asset managers and family offices on private equity, real estate and venture capital investments.
Yacine is member of the board of directors of the Luxembourg association for family offices.
